f. 139vb: ዛቲ፡ ወንጌል፡ ዘአቡነ፡ ማማስ፡ ዘአገርህሤ፡ ዘተጽሕፈት፡ በዘመነ፡ መንግሥቱ፡ ለንጉሥነ፡ ቲዎፍሎስ [sic]፤ ወጳጳስነሂ፡ አባ፡ ማርቆስ፡ ወዘአጽሐፈ፡ አባ፡ ሚካኤል፡ ወዘጸሐፈ፡ እሁኁ፡ ሚሳኤል፡ ዘቤተ፡ አባ፡ መጣዕ፤ ወቄሰ፡ ገበዝሂ፡ ተክለ፡ ማርያም፡ ይጽሐፍ፡ ስሞሙ፡ ኀበ፡ ዓምደ፡ ወርቅ፡ በቀለ [sic]፡ ጽድቅ፡ አመ፡ ይመጽእ፡ ክርስቶስ፡ ሊቅ፡ እ[ን]ዘ፡ ያድለቀልቅ፡ በንጥረ፡ መባርቅት፡ ወበድልቅልቅ። አሜን። ወአሜን።: This Gospel book of ʾabuna Mamas of ʾAgärhǝśe was written in the time of the reign of our King Tewoflos and of our Metropolitan ʾabba Marqos. ʾAbbā Mikāʾel caused it to be written, and his brother Misaʾel, of the house of ʾabbā Mäṭaʿ, wrote it. And the qesa gabaz (is) Takla Māryām. May Christ the Master write their names upon a pillar of gold in words of righteousness, when He comes instilling awe with the gleaming of thunderbolts and with shaking the earth. Amen and amen.
